Sensible Solutions works for both buyer and seller, regardless of who is paying the bill. We want both parties to completely understand the issues concerning storage tanks, so that each party can make an informed decision of how the tank should be closed out.
Sensible Solutions and its subcontractors treat every property as though it were our very own. The tank closure process can be quite stressful, but rest assured, we will do whatever we can to minimize the impact to your property.
The presence of a UST on a property does not have to be a hindrance to the sale of the property. We may be able to provide a sensible solution to a potential problem.
Backfill settling guarantee:
Sensible Solutions' excavation contractors use only the best backfill material and take their time to ensure adequate compaction. However, some settling may occur over time, usually after the first significant rain event. Should additional backfill be required, give us a call, and we will immediately take care of bringing the fill back up to grade, at no cost to you.

Sensible Solutions does not add a mark up of hundreds of dollars to the excavation contractor invoice the way many other consultants do (we make no money on the removal of a leaking UST). If you provide us with a valid, written quote for less than our stated cost, we will beat it, or we won't do the job!
